I created this video in 2005 after visiting a friend in Louisiana at Mardi Gras time. Remembering it today, I thought I’d share with you to celebrate on this “Fat Tuesday.”

So special for me – to use photography to celebrate joy and love.

I am glad that during these current times are living, folks find a reason to have a good time. Honestly, I have seen how the “North” and the “South” celebrate carnival and in my humble opinion Salvador, Bahia, Brasil takes the gold.
