“Begin Again”
by heidistraubephotographer

“Begin Again” is one of my favorite meditation phrases,
taken from the Buddhist practice.
It reminds us that each new year, each day, each moment
we are always free…
to recommit to what is most important to us
look to the future with positive anticipation
relax, allow for imperfection, and act again.
Breathe Deeply….
May you feel the grandeur of your Soul
now…and now…and now.
Begin Again.

I believe the calm after the storm – a small rainstorm, but I love how dramatic those Florida clouds are anytime!

Beautiful shot! When I look at that sky I find myself instinctively inhaling a deep breath and then resting into a sigh that knows all will be well.
Thank you.

“Begin again … ” had me breathe deep, stretch, tighten & relax my shoulders and back. The wondrous photograph of clouds makes me appreciate how delighted I am to see. All senses important, but without sight I’d be lost. Thank you Heidi. Namaste.

Yes, Sebastian, sight is such a gift. And then having the other senses that are inspired for us to experience when we see a photograph! Thank you for sharing – may the enjoyment continue.
